The objective of the second online briefing is for the Co-Facilitators to present the main elements of the zero draft of the declaration for the 2020 UN Ocean Conference as well as for stakeholders from all sectors to contribute inputs and suggestions prior to the intergovernmental negotiations (to be held on 18 March 2020).

The online briefing is open to all. Stakeholders interested in providing inputs should indicate it on the registration form. Considering the limited amount of time, preference will be given to interventions made on behalf of organized groups and constituencies
